Lacey joined the RTR team as a recruiter in 2018 and currently supports our team as Recruiting Manager. She is passionate about growing and training our recruiting team to better help drivers find their homes. Lacey’s proudest accomplishment with RTR are the relationships she has created with her drivers. Nearly 3 years after she placed a driver with a carrier, she was invited to his wedding! Her advice to drivers is to be honest and don’t be afraid to ask questions. She recommends that drivers work with RTR because we are honest, full of integrity and do our best to understand and support drivers. When Lacey isn’t in the office, there isn’t a dull moment! Between boating at her cabin with her dogs Mozzie and Layla, watching Minnesota sports, reading a good book, drinking wine or DIY home projects, Lacey is always on the move.
